If you’re involved in business with people (who isn’t?) you probably have used surveys to at some point.
There are many survey websites that you can use but Google Docs is a great option.
Google Docs Surveys with Email

Google Docs for surveys is free and is really easy to setup and use.
One drawback is that it lacks some features, such as emailing users that have filled out the questionaire.
Fortunately, you can use Google Apps Script’s to add these features. It’s quite easy to do, and in this video I’ll show you how.
